Service: the VirtualGF platform, accessible at https://virtualgf.app, including all its features.

3. Description of the Service
VirtualGF is a virtual companionship service based on artificial intelligence. The Service allows Users to converse with a personalized AI character.

The Virtual GF is a fictional character generated entirely by artificial intelligence. She is not a real person.
The Service is not and does not replace in any way:
- Real interpersonal relationships
- Psychological or psychotherapeutic support
- Medical or health advice
- Legal or any other professional advice
If you are going through a difficult emotional or psychological time, we encourage you to reach out to a qualified professional.
4. Registration and Account
To use the Service you must:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Provide a valid email address and password.
- Complete email address verification within 7 days of registration.
- Provide truthful information.
You are responsible for the confidentiality of your Account credentials and all activities that occur through your Account. Only one Account per person is allowed.
In case of unauthorized access to your Account, you must immediately inform us at [EMAIL_CONTATTO].
5. Plans and Payments
The Service is available in the following plans:
Free Plan:
- 20 messages per day
- Last 50 messages history
- Character emotional memory
- Access to all basic features
Premium Plan (€9.99/month):
- Unlimited messages
- Full conversation history
- Voice messages
- Priority support
Payment: payments are securely handled by Stripe Inc. Payment is made by credit or debit card.
Automatic renewal: the Premium subscription automatically renews every month on the subscription date. The amount is charged at the beginning of each billing period.
Cancellation: you can cancel your subscription at any time from the Account page of the Service. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will continue to have access to Premium features until the end of the period already paid for.
Refunds: refunds are not provided for partial subscription periods. In exceptional cases, you may contact us at [EMAIL_CONTATTO].
The Owner reserves the right to modify plan prices with at least 30 days' notice via email.
6. Rules of Use
By using the Service you agree not to:
- Use the Service for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
- Send content that promotes violence, hate, discrimination, or illegal activities.
- Attempt unauthorized access to the Service's systems, servers, or databases.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
- Use AI-generated responses for commercial purposes without written authorization.
- Create multiple accounts to circumvent Free plan limitations.
- Use bots, automated scripts, or similar tools to interact with the Service.
- Attempt to manipulate the AI system to generate harmful or illegal content.
- Interfere with the operation of the Service or overload the infrastructure.
Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or permanent closure of your Account.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including source code, design, logos, trademarks, and all its components, is the exclusive property of [RAGIONE_SOCIALE] and is protected by intellectual property laws.
AI-generated content: responses and images generated by artificial intelligence within the Service are not protected by copyright and do not confer any intellectual property rights to the User.
User content: messages sent by the User remain the property of the User. By using the Service, you grant the Owner a limited license to process your messages solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
The Owner is not liable for:
- Content generated by artificial intelligence, which may be inaccurate, inappropriate, or not reflective of reality.
- Temporary or permanent interruptions of the Service due to maintenance, updates, or force majeure.
- Data loss resulting from technical malfunctions.
- Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.
- Decisions made by the User based on AI-generated content.
In any case, the maximum liability of the Owner towards the User is limited to the amount actually paid by the User in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9. Suspension and Termination
By the Owner: we reserve the right to suspend or close your Account, with or without notice, in case of violation of these Terms, fraudulent use, or for any other reason at our reasonable discretion.
By the User: you may delete your Account at any time by contacting us at [EMAIL_CONTATTO]. Upon deletion, all your data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
In case of closure due to violation of the Terms, you are not entitled to any refund.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by Italian law.
